One of many films (Romeo and Juliet) was directed by Baz Luhrmann and the original play was written and directed by William Shakespeare.

In this essay I will be analysing the juxtaposition between the two.

This movie is a masterful culmination of the director 's phenomenal ability to create a powerful introduction, to select a realistic, but surreal setting, to choose realistic actors, and to enact specialized dramatic effects....
